If you are 100% unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item, at your expense, for a full refund (minus original shipping cost) or exchange. Item must be returned in original condition and in the original boxes and packaging. You must contact me via gieskepipes@gmail with "Return Request" as the Subject. Please include the invoice or order number and item title and tracking number if applicable. Returned packages must be Post Marked within 5 days of the original delivery date. Refunds may take 1-3 days to process and issue.
